Delete your account

You can start account deletion in the app. This page explains the available steps; it does not submit or confirm a deletion request.

From the app

1. Open the Account page.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Review the confirmation and confirm deletion.

The app deletes the Firebase Authentication account and clears analysis history scoped to that account on this device. If the app asks you to sign in again, complete that sign-in and retry the deletion.

Deletion does not recall exports or copies you previously shared, and it does not confirm that copies on other devices have been removed.

If you cannot access the app

Email info@clutchdeveloper.com with the subject “Account deletion request.” This is a manual support request. The website does not process it automatically, and sending an email is not confirmation that the account has been deleted. Support must reply to confirm the outcome.

Include the email address used for your account so support can identify the request. Do not send your password.
